UPPCS Mentorship Programme (Integrated) - 2026 is an intensive programme designed to help aspirants prepare for both Prelims and Mains in an integrated manner. Based on a detailed analysis of recent exam trends, it focuses on concept building, in-depth understanding, regular revision, and rigorous practice to help candidates perform confidently and secure top ranks.
Who can Join this Programme?
The candidates who are targeting the attempt of UPPCS 2026 can join this programme. Admission to this programme can be taken in two ways, either through an Induction Test or Paid Admission.

The opportunity to appear in the Induction Test for admission to this programme is available only to Drishti students enrolled in UPSC + UPPCS (Foundation), UPPCS (Foundation), and UPPCS Mains Mentorship Programme – 2025, provided they meet the necessary eligibility criteria.

The students who do not fall in the above category (First Point) can enroll in the programme by paying the required fee. The Fee Structure for admission to this programme is given below in this description.
About UPPCS Mentorship Programme (Integrated) –2026 Induction Test & Selection Process:
We are providing an opportunity to the Drishti students of UPSC + UPPCS (Foundation) Programme, UPPCS (Foundation) Programme and UPPCS Mains Mentorship Programme – 2025 to participate in this Induction Test. The students who qualify the Induction Test will be entitled to free-of-cost admission to UPPCS Mentorship Programme (Integrated) - 2026.
The process to be followed for admission through Induction Test:

Registration Link: The eligible students (Drishti) are requested to apply by clicking on the link below.
- The Registration Form for the Mentorship Induction Test is free of cost and can be filled only in online mode through our website.

Post registration, the student will receive an admit card for appearing in the Induction Test. Your admission to the Mentorship Programme is subject to your qualification of the Induction Test.

- Last date for Registration: 26th March 2026, till 11:59 PM.

Admit Card:
- After registration, the student will get the PDF of the registration form (Admit Card). The Registration Number/Roll Number of the student will also be written on it. This document will be considered as your admit card for the examination.
- The student will have to bring a printout of the Admit Card and his/her Drishti Identity Card along with Govt ID. for the examination.
Induction Test Timings: The test will be organized on 4th April 2026 in three shifts (Offline Mode only). The student will be allowed to appear in any one of the following shifts for the Induction Test.

The result of the Induction Test will be declared within 7 days of the conduction of the Induction Test. The qualified students will be offered a free of cost Mentorship Programme.

Important information regarding the result:

Candidates from disadvantaged sections who are given reservation in the UPPCS Exam conducted by the UPPSC, will be provided a proportionate opportunity to join the Mentorship Programme (this will not be mandatory in case of lack of quality). For example, every effort will be made to ensure the representation of Scheduled Castes (15%), Scheduled Tribes (7.5%), Other Backward Classes (27%), and Economically Weaker Sections (10%).
Kindly note that this reservation policy is applicable only in the case of Drishti students taking admission by qualifying the Induction Test.

It provides a conducive environment for focused study, with comfortable seating and access to in-house mentor guidance. For the students who qualify the Induction Test and want to take admission in offline mode, they will get access to this library (one shift only). The library facility is available at our Prayagraj and Lucknow centre.

We have developed well-equipped libraries at our centres in Prayagraj and Lucknow.
The students who join our program will get to sit in one of these libraries (one shift only).
They will take tests at our library and classroom centres, get relevant notes, participate in
doubt-clearing sessions, meet with mentors offline, etc.

For online students:
All the facilities will be the same except for the availability of the library.
Facilities for taking tests will also be available through the Drishti Learning App (DLA).

In Offline Mode (Including Library), only one shift of the library will be provided to the students taking admission through fee payment/passing the Induction Test. This applies to Induction Test qualified/paid admissions/direct access students.

In Offline Mode (Without Library), students will be able to write tests at Drishti IAS centres and meet mentors in offline mode for guidance and their doubt resolution.

The continuation of students in the programme is strictly on the basis of their performance. If the performance of the student is below par (on the set parameters), the management reserves the right to oust such students without any refund of the admission fee (if applicable).

Students enrolled in the UPPCS Mentorship Programme (Integrated) Programme will automatically receive access to the Drishti Mentorship Programme (Prelims) UPPCS Programme at no additional cost.

The admission fee for the Programme is non-refundable.

Students who pay the fee before the announcement of the Induction Test results and later qualify the same will also not be eligible for a refund.
