What does the Program Offer?

Mains Marathon, a free of cost initiative by Drishti IAS, offers aspirants a comprehensive answer-writing platform with expert evaluations. This program prepares candidates to tackle the mains examination effectively.
The program has the following components:

1. Daily Answer Writing Practice: It offers a comprehensive platform for daily answer writing practice.
   • Each day, four questions aligned with UPSC trends and themes will be provided
   • Along with the questions, reference materials and suggested approaches will be offered
   • The program will also include essay writing questions and model approaches on a weekly basis.
     • Every week, two questions aligned with UPSC trends and themes will be provided, along with accompanying fodder materials.
2. Detailed Model Answers & Precise Evaluation:
   • Detailed evaluations of the answers written by aspirants will also be provided.
     • Aspirants can upload their answers in the comment section on our website for evaluation and feedback from our team.
     • Drishti IAS also encourages peer evaluation of answers.
3. Current Affairs Handouts:
   • A dedicated yearly Current Affairs Compilation is integrated with the Mains Marathon.
   • It covers all critical developments across national and international affairs, economy, science, environment, society, and governance.
   • These compilations are tailored to the Mains answer writing, providing value-added facts, schemes, data, and editorial perspectives.
