The Training & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization. Primary Job Responsibilities
Training Program Design: Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs. Develop and design training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning materials.
Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at various levels.
Ensure the delivery of training is interactive, engaging, and caters to diverse learning styles.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning events as needed.
Training Evaluation: Implement methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives.
Analyze training metrics to assess the impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR Business Partners to identify specific departmental training needs. Communicate training schedules and programs to employees through various channels. Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations. Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of training programs to management.
