Job Description:
The Fire and Safety Officer / EHS Officer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing fire safety protocols and procedures within the organization. The primary focus will be on ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets from fire hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
•     Develop and implement fire safety plans, procedures, and protocols in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

  1. Corporate Governance:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • The person should have a degree of Company Secretary form ICSI and Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized institution. Additional qualifications / certification would be an advantage.
  • 7- 10 years of experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and contract management, preferably in a Service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, securities regulations, and corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex legal issues, exercise sound judgment, and provide practical legal advice.
