The Soron Sukar area is also considered as the pilgrimage of salvation. It is believed that Soron Sukar Kshetra is the place of Nirvana of Lord Vishnu's third incarnation 'Varaha'. The Kund (Haripadi Ganga) in Soron Sukar Kshetra is the same place from where Lord Varaha had left for Baikunth Lok and since then the ashes are immersed in this pool after death.
