On November 10, 2021, Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said that the police station of Bhattu-Kalan in district Fatehabad, Haryana has also been selected among the best three police stations in the country for this year.
Key Points
- He said that the SHO of Bhattu-Kalan Police Station would be honored with a trophy in the conference of Director Generals of Police and Inspector General of Police to be held in Lucknow on November 19, 2021.
- According to Omprakash, SHO of Bhattu-Kalan police station, all the complaints received in the police station are disposed of with immediate effect and till now 100 percent complaints of village Bhattu Kalan have been resolved.
- The SHO further said that a women's help desk has also been prepared by him for the cooperation of the women complainants, so that women do not face any kind of problem.
- The teams of the Union Home Ministry inspected their police station without informing them and after talking to the people of the surrounding area and villages, took the feedback of the police station staff and SHO, in which they had come first.
