1500 artists played Tabla together, registered in Guinness World Record

Why In News?
On 25 December 2023, more than 1500 tabla players got registered in the Guinness World Records by performing tabla playing together at the historical fort of Gwalior in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
Key Points
- This event was named Taal Darbar.
- During this event, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that December 25 will be celebrated as Tabla Day.
- In this event, more than 1500 artists from around 50 cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and other states displayed their art together.
- It may be noted that the Tansen Festival is organised every year in Gwalior. This was the 99th edition of the event.
