On August 30, 2023, the Industries and Commerce Department of Rajasthan announced awards in various categories under the Rajasthan Udyog Ratna Award Scheme for the year 2022-23. Under this, 9 entrepreneurs will be given Rajasthan Udyog Ratna Awards.
Key Points:
- Rajasthan Industries and Commerce Minister Shakuntala Rawat said that a total of 9 entrepreneurs in the micro, small and medium enterprises category will be awarded the Rajasthan Udyog Ratna Award by the department.
- Udaipur's Lotus Hi-Tech Industries will be awarded in the micro-enterprise category, Sarda Metal Powders L.L.P. Jaipur in the small enterprise category, Suvidhi Rayons Pvt. Ltd. Bhilwara and Uniclean Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Jaipur in the medium enterprise category.
- Blue care Systems Pvt. Ltd. Bhilwara in micro enterprise category, Cultivator Natural Products Pvt. Ltd. Jodhpur in small enterprise category and Ananta Medicare Ltd. Sriganganagar in medium enterprise category will be given Udyog Ratna award for best business practices.
- Shekhawati Impex Jaipur in the Small Enterprise category and Plastivive Industries L.L.P. Udaipur in the Medium Enterprise category will also be given the Udyog Ratna Award for Best Women Entrepreneur.
- Shakuntala Rawat informed that Rajasthan Weaver Ratna Award and Rajasthan Handicraft Ratna Award will also be given to encourage weavers and handicrafts.
- The best weaver award will be given jointly to Jebu Nisha of Kaithoon district Kota and Mohammad Yasin of Baran and the Handicraft Ratna award will be given to Inder Singh Kudrat of Jaipur.
- All the awards will be given at a state-level function to be held in Jaipur on September 17 on MSME Day.
