- This pageant was the 12th International Beauty Contest organized by Milestone Pageant.
- Women from more than 40 countries were selected in this competition.
- Nishtha represented India in this competition and she also got the title of Impression 2021 and Miss Talented 2021.
- Nishtha had her final gown designed by a Bhopal-based designer on the lines of the 'Vocal for Local' concept.
