- On September 28, 2021, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav flagged off the Jasidih (Jharkhand) - Vasco da Gama (Goa) train. With this, Jharkhand has a direct train connection with Goa.
Key Points
- This train will pass through Dhanbad, Bokaro and Ranchi. It will take about 48 hours to reach Goa from here.
- Apart from Goa, it will also help people reach Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Telangana.
