On June 22, 2023, 'The Asia HRD Congress' honoured Rajasthan Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora with LifeTime Achievement Award along with 4 awards for Coaching Hub, AIS Residency, Jaipur Chowpatty and Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana built by the Board.

Key Points:

• Pawan Arora was honoured with the Life Time Achievement Award in the category of individual awards at a grand ceremony held at a 5 star hotel in Jaipur.
• The Asia HRD Congress has awarded the coaching hub the Innovative Project of the Year, the AIS Residency the Best Innovation in Product Design, the flats under the Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana, the Developer of the Year(Affordable Housing) and Jaipur Chowpatty the developer of the Year(Retail).
• It is worth mentioning that the Coaching Hub, Jaipur Chowpatty, AIS Residency and Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana, which were appreciated at the function, have been well-known at the national & international level even before this.
• The residents of the city are crazy about the delicious cuisine and dishes of Chowpatty established in Pratap Nagar & Mansarovar. Chowpatties have even received two international awards for maximum footfall in the first 5 months. The live band playing on the square is a big fan of the visitors.
• The coaching hub built in Pratap Nagar is the first such institute in the country, where private coaching institutes are to be operated simultaneously in a building equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
• The houses built under the Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana also come true at every level in terms of quality and facilities. Apart from this, the All India Service (AIS) Residency is the only residency in the country with state-of-the-art facilities, which has been appreciated at the national level many times.
• It is worth mentioning that in the last four years under the leadership of Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora, the board has received a total of 27 awards. These include prestigious awards such as World Book of Records, Skoch Award-2021, Award of Excellence, National Real Estate Development Council Award, National Housing Award, IBC and Star of Governance-Gold Award and Real Estate Conclave by NREEDCO.
