On August 28, 2023, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan released the book 'Vitta Vyavastha' published by the Financial Services Officers Association at Samtva Bhawan at CM Residence.

- Union officials informed the Chief Minister that the rules and instructions of the departments of General Administration, Finance, Health, Industries etc. till July 2023 have been compiled and explained in simple language in the book 'Financial System'.
- The book will be helpful in providing adequate reference material for all government officers and employees of the state.
- It will also be easy for the officers-employees to understand the rules and instructions of the Finance Department from the book. Simple interpretation of rules will prove useful in the day-to-day work of state officials and enhance their efficiency and accuracy in their work.
