Chhattisgarh will host the first-ever Khelo India Tribal Games (KITG) 2026, with the inaugural edition scheduled from 14 February 2026 in Bilaspur.

- Participating Disciplines: Seven competitive sports — Archery, Athletics, Football, Hockey, Wrestling, Swimming and Weightlifting.
- Organised by: The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Sports Authority of India, Indian Olympic Association, and National Sports Federations are jointly organising the Games.
