Admission Procedure

  • Before taking admission in any course, kindly get complete information about the course from the institute to avoid any confusion in the future. Please talk to our counsellors for this purpose.

  • It is mandatory to bring two latest passport size photograph and photocopy of one ID-proof (Voter ID card / Aadhaar card/Driving license) at the time of admission.

  • The Institute will provide monthly magazines (Drishti Current Affairs Today - DCAT) and books of Drishti Publications to the students for the entire duration of the General Studies Foundation batch. For this, at the time of admission, coupons will be given to each student for monthly magazines and books. At the time of distribution of magazines and books, students will need to submit the relevant coupons. In case of loss of coupon, no new coupons will be provided to the student and she/he will have to buy the magazines/books from the market.

  • A change in course (opting a new subject or dropping any subject) is allowed only within 15 days of the date of admission. No change in course will be allowed thereafter.

  • Fee can be paid through Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft, or Online mode. Cheque or Demand Draft will be in favour of “VDK Eduventures Pvt. Ltd.”.

  • Fees in instalments will be accepted in the same manner as instructed by the counsellors of the institute.

  • For leaves of more than three days, it is mandatory to fill the Leave Application Form. In such a case, one also has to submit the Drishti Identity-Card to the main office.

  • To enter the classroom, students will have to carry their Drishti I-Card. It is mandatory to show the Drishti I-Card whenever asked by the institute’s security personnel.

  • In case of any indiscipline (e.g., altercation, use of vulgar language, creating disturbances in the class, etc.) in the classroom, one can be expelled from the Institute without refund of the fee.

  • If any student is found recording the lecture during the class, his recording equipment will be confiscated and will not be returned under any circumstances. Also, entry of the students in the class will be prohibited with immediate effect, and there will be no refund in this case.

Note - If you cancel your admission within ten days of the date of admission in any course, 20% fee will be deducted. 50% of fees will be refunded if one cancels within 30 days of the date of admission. In the case of more than one month, no amount will be refunded.
