About Personality Test at UPPSC
The test will relate to the matter of general interest keeping the matter of academic interest in view and for general awareness, intelligence, character, expression power/personality and general suitability for the service.
The Personality Test will carry 100 marks.
Programme Details
The Mentorship Programme is conducted in Online Mode and provides all essential content in PDF format, specifically curated for the UPPCS 2024 Interview.
Candidates are provided with AI-based personalized question sets, designed to intelligently predict and simulate questions aligned with the candidate’s profile.
Special focus is given to interview-facing techniques, including training in body language, communication skills, articulation, confidence-building, and professional etiquette.
The programme also features group discussion sessions conducted via Zoom, enabling candidates to exchange perspectives, discuss current affairs, and refine their thought process under mentor guidance.
To simulate the actual examination environment, panel mock interviews are conducted with subject experts, closely replicating the UPPCS Board experience at our Prayagraj Centre.
After the mock interview, candidates receive detailed written and video-based feedback, offering precise insights and actionable suggestions for final improvement before appearing in the actual UPPCS Interview.
