Uttar Pradesh has inaugurated its first state-level Braille library at the Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University (DSMNRU) in Lucknow.

- Location: The Braille library is located on the first floor of the Swami Vivekananda Central Library at the university campus.
