Property Verification Portal' launched | Haryana | 13 Apr 2023

Why in News?

On 11 April 2023, Haryana Urban Local Bodies Minister, Dr. Kamal Gupta, launched the online facility 'Property Verification Portal' to verify the property data of all 88 urban bodies in the state, to make every city in the state a 'clean city-safe city'.

Key Points

• Through the 'Property Verification Portal', now any person can verify the data of his property on the http://ulbhryndc.org portal. There are also options for the correction of property data in the portal.
• Any property holder can verify the documents of his property for one month i.e., 15 May 2023.
• Now they will not have to visit the offices of the Haryana Urban Development Authority or Urban Local Bodies, rather they can verify the property through their mobile or laptop while sitting at home.
