'Rescue campaign' to Make Jaipur Beggary Free | 01 Sep 2021

The Social Justice and Empowerment Department has announced to run a Rescue Campaign to make Jaipur city free from begging.

This rescue campaign will be started from September 7, 2021.
This campaign will be run by Rajasthan Social Justice and Empowerment Department, with an aim to make Jaipur city free from begging and to rehabilitate beggars.
Under this campaign, arrangements will be made for beggars’ accommodation, food and rehabilitation by taking them to the four designated centers of the city.
Workable beggars will be provided jobs for livelihood by providing them skills.
Children indulging in begging will be sent to Balika Griha and Bal Griha and monks above 60 years of age will be sent to Old Age Home.
