The 11th edition of IISF is being held from 6th-9th December 2025 in Panchkula, Haryana.

- Objective: Launched in 2015, the event aims to bridge laboratories and society through exhibitions, B2B meetings, competitions, outreach activities and technology demonstrations.
- IISF brings together scientists, students, startups, industry leaders, investors, media, policymakers and community groups, promoting collaboration across sectors.
- IISF 2025 will host over 40,000 participants from India and abroad, making it one of the country’s largest science outreach events.
- Organising Institution: IISF 2025 is organised by the Ministry of Earth Sciences and coordinated by IITM Pune, with major contributions from DST, DBT, CSIR, Department of Space, DAE, and outreach partner Vijnana Bharati.
- Extensive Scientific Sessions: The festival features 150+ technical and thematic sessions covering emerging areas in science, technology, industry and innovation.
- Theme & Vision: The 2025 theme — “Vigyan Se Samruddhi: for Aatmanirbhar Bharat” — emphasises science-led growth, national self-reliance and India’s contribution to global good.
