On January 26, 2023, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has given many important gifts to the people of the state on Republic Day.

- Announcement of Adivasi Parv Samman Nidhi in the state- From the coming financial year, the government will provide Rs 10,000 per year to each gram panchayat for the best organization of festivals of tribal society in Bastar division, Surguja division and scheduled areas of the state.
- Youth will get unemployment allowance- Unemployment allowance will be given every month to the unemployed from the next financial year.
- A new scheme will be launched to encourage women entrepreneurship - Women groups, women entrepreneurs, women businessmen and women start-ups will be launched to set up business industries.
- After preserving and preserving the culture and heritage of Chhattisgarh, Chhattisgarh State Innovation Commission will be formed in the state to take Chhattisgarh forward on the path of progress.
- Aero city will be developed near Swami Vivekananda Airport to promote passenger amenities in Raipur Airport, commercial development of the airport area and employment generation.
- Rural Industry Policy will be formulated in Chhattisgarh to strengthen the rural economy based on cottage industry, increase employment and income of the people.
- Industrial units will be exempted from property tax- Units located in industrial areas developed by the Industries Department will be exempted from the burden of property tax.
- River front will be built on Jeevandayini Kharun river – The lifeline and center of public faith of Raipur and Durg district, Kharun river is also an important center of trade and entertainment. Excellent river front will be developed on Kharun river.
- Modern online redressal system will be made for redressal of electricity complaints- State-of-the-art online complaint and redressal system will be developed for the convenience of electricity consumers.
- Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Awas Sahayta Yojana will be started for construction workers – Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board will introduce a scheme to provide grant of Rs. 50 thousand
