  • According to the announcement of the government, the purpose of setting up Aarogya Vatika in educational institutions is to make the students aware about the ancient Indian traditions of medicinal plants and their use.
  • According to Scientist R.A. Ram of Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow, common man can also grow medicinal plants at home in kitchen garden and terrace garden and the waste generated from it can be converted into manure.
